Job Description

Are you a hands-on finance leader who enjoys improving processes while driving operational excellence? We are seeking an experienced Finance & Operations Manager to oversee accounting, financial reporting, and key operational functions for a growing organization. This position partners closely with executive leadership to ensure financial accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close
  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Support strategic planning and long-term business initiatives
  • Oversee purchasing, vendor relationships, and logistics support functions
  • Partner with HR on payroll compliance and workforce planning
  • Manage audits, insurance renewals, and external financial partnerships
  • Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Supervise finance, administrative, and support personnel
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience leading accounting and finance functions
  • Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working in high-volume environments
  • Multi-state sales tax processing experience required
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Experience supporting both finance and operations functions preferred
